Hart received his BA in Russian Language and Literature and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky. MJ Vilardi is an Emmy-award winning video and film producer with a diverse background in broadcasting, production, and professional development training. He is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and enjoys teaching the system and sharing his passion for collaboration and creative team management.
As a writer and producer of educational, medical, business and industrial content, he helps professionals communicate complex concepts and issues in a clear and engaging way.
A frequent contributor to the health news and educational outlets of the American College of Cardiology, Vilardi wrote and co-produced "Revolutionizing Life Long Learning," an overview of best practices in Cardiac Education. The video features dazzling graphics and interviews with leading physicians and educators; the piece recently won two first-place Telly Awards. He has written and co-produced feature stories on new clinical practice technology (PINNACLE) and videos about Cardiac Rehabilitation for English- and Spanish-speaking patients and their families. DC's historic Providence Hospital has called on Vilardi to write and co-produce several of its annual tributes to Washington's most respected community physicians; he recently wrote and co-produced a retrospective of Catholic University's School of Nursing.
After studying Communications at Antioch College, Vilardi began his career working on local programs at a small UHF television station. He went on to serve as Design Director for WUSA-TV, the CBS affiliate in Washington DC, where he used cutting-edge digital animation to create a thrilling virtual flight down the Potomac and into the city for an award-winning news open. While Creative Director for a large post-production facility, Vilardi worked with Discovery, Marriott, the CIA, and many Fortune 500 companies. As an independent writer/director, Vilardi produced dramatic short films, commercials, training programs, and issue-driven viral videos. Vilardi was Creative Director at Roku Technologies, and design consultant to Washington DC's technology office and Metro Transit Authority. Awards for Vilardi's work include an Emmy, a Cine Golden Eagle, numerous Addy Awards for TV spots, design awards, and several Telly Awards for medical education programs.
Shannon M. Polly is a consultant, facilitator, speaker, and coach and works in two domain areas: executive presence and positive psychology. She is the founder of Shannon Polly & Associates, a leadership development company in Washington, D.C. that focuses on helping employees increase well-being and performance in the workplace. Shannon Polly & Associates works with executives, managers and employees and specializes in communication skills, positive psychology, leadership, facilitation, and coaching.
Shannon is one of less than 300 people in the world who have received her Master in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania under Dr. Martin Seligman. She also holds a graduate degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in classical acting and a B.A. with honors from Yale University.
Shannon has been an assistant instructor in the MAPP program at the University of Pennsylvania; and has lectured at Columbia Business School, Wharton Business School and West Point. Giselle Gant is an accomplished actor with an MA from the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. She has attracted attention and critical acclaim for her acting and improvisation in performances on both sides of the Atlantic. She has also worked in corporate settings and international NGO's, and brings a deep understanding of today's diverse workforce to her facilitation.
